As a certified holisti health coach and through my training as an aromatherapist I view skin in a more holistic way taking into account that there are so many other factors besides the products you use that play a role in taking care of your skin. So when you come in for a treatment we will look at your sleep patterns, the food you eat, your stress levels and so much more - to achieve your best skin ever strategy. Of course the treatments are a treat in itself and you will leave feeling relaxed, recharged and glowing, but ideally also with a new understanding of what your skin really needs!
